Generic Name : TADALAFIL Products Pills : 30 Pills Therapy : Sexual
Possible Uses of Avanafil: Avanafil is a prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Avanafil belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. These work by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This increased blood flow can cause an erection.
How to take Avanafil: Avanafil (Generic Stendra) comes as a tablet to take by mouth. The starting dose of Generic Avanafil Tablets (Avana) is 100 mg taken about 15 minutes before sexual activity on an as needed basis. Avanafil tablets are taken with or without food.
Based on efficacy and/or tolerability, the dose may be increased to 200 mg taken as early as approximately 15 minutes before sexual activity, or decreased to 50 mg taken approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. Use the lowest possible dose that provides benefit.
Take Avana tablets no more than once a day. Do not take Avanafil (Generic Stendra) more often than once in any 24 hour period. This means that you can take your next dose only if 24 hours have passed since your last dose. Inform your doctor if Avanafil is not working well or if you experience any side effects.
Side Effects of Avanafil: The side effects of Avanafil (Avana Tablets) reported by greater than or equal to 2% of patients treated with this medication during clinical trials for use as needed are Headache, Flushing, Nasal congestion, Nasopharyngitis, and Back pain.
The side effects of Avanafil Tablets reported by greater than or equal to 1% of patients and greater than placebo are upper respiratory infection (URI), bronchitis, influenza, sinusitis, sinus congestion, hypertension, dyspepsia, nausea, constipation, and rash.
The following Avanafil side effects occurred in less than 1% of patients in the three placebo-controlled 3-month clinical trials:
Precautions When Using Avanafil: The following warnings and precautions have to be kept in mind before administering Avanafil Tablets (Generic Stendra) :
There is a potential for cardiac risk during sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease. Therefore, treatments for ED, including Generic Stendra, should not be used in men for whom sexual activity is not advisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status.
Concomitant Use Of CYP3A4 Inhibitors:
Avana metabolism is principally mediated by the CYP450 isoform 3A4 (CYP3A4). Inhibitors of CYP3A4 may reduce Avana clearance and increase plasma concentrations of Avanafil.
For patients taking concomitant strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (including ketoconazole, ritonavir, atazanavir, clarithromycin, indinavir, itraconazole, nefazodone, nelfinavir, saquinavir, and telithromycin), do not use Generic Avanafil Tablets (Avana).
Prolonged erection greater than 4 hours and priapism (painful erections lasting more than than 6 hours in duration) have been reported with other PDE5 inhibitors.
In the event of an erection that persists longer than 4 hours, the patient should seek immediate medical assistance. If not treated immediately, penile tissue damage and permanent loss of potency could result.
Generic Avanafil(Avana Tablets) should be used with caution in patients with anatomical deformation of the penis, or in patients who have conditions which may predispose them to priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia).
Effects On Eye:
Doctors must advise patients to stop use of all PDE5 inhibitors, including Avana, and seek medical attention in the event of a sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes. Such an event may be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a rare condition and a cause of decreased vision including permanent loss of vision that has been reported rarely postmarketing in temporal association with the use of all PDE5 inhibitors.
Sudden Hearing Loss:
Use of PDE5 inhibitors has been associated with sudden decrease or loss of hearing, which may be accompanied by tinnitus or dizziness. It is not possible at present to determine whether these events are related directly to the use of PDE5 inhibitors or to other factors. Any patient that experiences these symptoms should be advised to stop taking Avana Tablets(Generic Avanafil) and seek immediate medical attention.
Alpha-Blockers And Other Antihypertensives:
Doctors must discuss with patients the potential for Avanafil (Generic Stendra) to increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of alpha-blockers and other antihypertensive medicines. In certain patients, concomitant use of these two drug classes can lower blood pressure significantly leading to symptomatic hypotension (e.g., dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting).
Counseling Patients About Sexually Transmitted Diseases:
The use of Generic Avanafil Tablets (Avana) offers no protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Counseling patients about the protective measures necessary to guard against sexually transmitted diseases, including Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), should be considered.
Drug Interactions of Avanafil: Avana tablets are contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to Avanafil or any inactive ingredient present in Avana tablets.
Administration of Avana to patients using any form of organic nitrate is contraindicated. Administration of Avana tablets along with guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as riociguat are also contraindicated.
Overdose of Avanafil: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe dizziness, fainting, or prolonged erection.
Other Information of Avanafil: Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by this drug. Use of this drug does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis)
Missed dose of Avanafil: Not applicable.
Storage of Avanafil: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.

It is one of a unique drug of its kind which regulates the ejaculation process in males. Premature ejaculation means the biological problem due to which a man ejaculates sooner than his actual carvings. It is a common male dysfunction for many men that need to be treated as soon as possible.Generic Name - Dapoxetine Brand Name - Priligy®

Sildenafil (Generic Viagra®) is used to treat erectile dysfunction
Viagra™ is approved for the treatment of men who have difficulty having and maintaining an erection, otherwise known as impotence. If the nerves or blood vessels associated with this process aren't working properly, a man may not be able to get an erection. Viagra™ increases blood flow to the penis, so that when a man is sexually aroused, he can get and keep an erection. When the sexual encounter is over, the erection goes away.
Sexual dysfunction can take any shape from low sex drive to penile erectile dysfunction (ED). Though erectile dysfunction or impotence is a much discussed male sexual dysfunction problem, premature ejaculation (PE) often remains neglected and un-treated.
PE can occur to any age group and under any situation. Young guys find it most difficult to establish a relationship with a woman because of this and they find themselves not confident enough to perform well.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) can greatly affect a man and his partner’s sexual satisfaction, ability to maintain relationship and of course a man's self confidence. Approximately 27-34 percent of men between all age groups get affected by PE. Most of the men ejaculate sooner then they expect.
Dapoxetine (Generic Priligy®) belongs to a group of medicines called "selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors" (SSRIs), used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men between 18 and 64 years old.
Dapoxetine is recently approved in Finland, Sweden, Austria, Portugal and Germany, Italy and Spain and is similarly expecting approval in several other EU countries.
Sildenafil (Generic Viagra®) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence; inability to get or keep an erection) in men. Sildenafil is in a class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors.
Sildenafil treats erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This increased blood flow can cause an erection.
Take only under doctors directions.

Generic Antinaus™®: Promethazine
Promethazine is the chemical name of the active ingredient in Antinaus™®
Possible Uses of Antinaus: Promethazine is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting related to certain conditions (such as before/after surgery, motion sickness). It is also used to treat allergy symptoms such as rash, itching, and runny nose. It may be used to help you feel sleepy/relaxed before and after surgery or to help certain narcotic pain relievers (such as meperidine) work better. It may also be used for a short time to treat a runny nose due to the common cold. Promethazine is an antihistamine and works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. Its other effects (such as anti-nausea, calming, pain relief) may work by affecting other natural substances (such as acetylcholine) and by acting directly on certain parts of the brain. Cough-and-cold products have not been shown to be safe or effective in children younger than 6 years. Therefore, do not use this product to treat cold symptoms in children younger than 6 years unless specifically directed by the doctor. Some products (such as long-acting tablets/capsules) are not recommended for use in children younger than 12 years. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more details about using your product safely.
These products do not cure or shorten the length of the common cold and may cause serious side effects. To decrease the risk for serious side effects, carefully follow all dosage directions. Do not give other cough-and-cold medication that might contain the same or similar ingredients (see also Drug Interactions section). Ask the doctor or pharmacist about other ways to relieve cough and cold symptoms (such as drinking enough fluids, using a humidifier or saline nose drops/spray).
Before using Antinaus: Before taking promethazine, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to any other phenothiazines (such as prochlorperazine); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
How to take Antinaus: Read the Patient Information Leaflet if available from your pharmacist before you start taking promethazine and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually 2 to 4 times daily. For motion sickness, the first dose of promethazine should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before beginning travel. For allergies, this medication may be taken once daily at bedtime to avoid being drowsy during the day. When used before surgery, promethazine may be taken the night before or just before the procedure and may be continued afterwards as directed. If you are using the liquid form of this medication, carefully measure the dose using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.
The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. In children, the dosage may also be based on weight. Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often than directed.
Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or if it worsens.
Precautions When Using Antinaus: Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: breathing problems (such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD, sleep apnea), blood/immune system problems (such as bone marrow depression), high pressure in the eye (glaucoma), heart disease (such as irregular heartbeat), high blood pressure, liver disease, certain brain disorders (such as neuroleptic malignant syndrome, Reye's syndrome, seizures), stomach/intestine problems (such as blockage, ulcer), overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), difficulty urinating (for example, due to enlarged prostate).
This drug may make you dizzy or drowsy or cause blurred vision. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness or clear vision until you are sure you can perform such activities safely. Avoid alcoholic beverages.
Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).
Promethazine may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths, and sunlamps. Use a sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors.
This medication may make you sweat less, making you more likely to get heat stroke. Avoid doing things that may cause you to overheat, such as hard work or exercise in hot weather, or using hot tubs. When the weather is hot, drink a lot of fluids and dress lightly. If you overheat, quickly look for a place to cool down and rest. Get medical help right away if you have a fever that does not go away, mental/mood changes, headache, or dizziness. Liquid products may contain sugar and/or alcohol. Caution is advised if you have diabetes, liver disease, or any other condition that requires you to limit/avoid these substances in your diet. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about using this product safely.
Children may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially slowed breathing (see Warning section). This drug can often cause excitement in young children instead of drowsiness. Special care should be taken when using this medication in children who have lost a lot of fluid (dehydration), those who have a family history of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), and those who are hard to wake up from sleep. Older adults may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially drowsiness, confusion, constipation, or trouble urinating. Drowsiness and confusion can increase the risk of falling.
During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is unknown if promethazine passes into breast milk. It may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Side Effects of Antinaus: Drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, blurred vision, or dry mouth may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor. To relieve dry mouth, suck (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water, or use a saliva substitute. Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: fainting, slow heartbeat, mental/mood changes (such as hallucinations, nervousness, irritability, restlessness, confusion), unusual/uncontrolled movements (such as fixed upward stare, neck twisting, tongue movements), shaking (tremor), difficulty urinating, easy bleeding/bruising, signs of infection (such as fever, persistent sore throat), severe stomach/abdominal pain, persistent nausea/vomiting, yellowing eyes/skin. Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: slow/shallow breathing, seizures. This medication may rarely cause a very serious condition called neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS). Get medical help right away if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, muscle stiffness/pain/tenderness/weakness, severe tiredness, severe confusion, sweating, fast/irregular heartbeat, dark urine, change in the amount of urine. A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
This is not a complete list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Drug Interactions of Antinaus: Drug interactions may change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. This document does not contain all possible drug interactions. Keep a list of all the products you use (including prescription/nonprescription drugs and herbal products) and share it with your doctor and pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicines without your doctor's approval. Some products that may interact with this drug include: antihistamines applied to the skin (such as diphenhydramine cream, ointment, spray), metoclopramide. The risk of serious side effects (such as slow/shallow breathing, severe drowsiness/dizziness) may be increased if this medication is taken with other products that may also affect breathing or cause drowsiness. Therefore, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other products such as alcohol, drugs for sleep or anxiety (such as alprazolam, diazepam, zolpidem), muscle relaxants, and narcotic pain relievers (such as codeine). Check the labels on all your medicines (such as allergy or cough-and-cold products) because they may contain ingredients that cause drowsiness. Ask your pharmacist about using those products safely. This medication may interfere with certain laboratory tests (including some pregnancy tests, glucose tolerance test, allergy skin testing), possibly causing false test results. Make sure laboratory personnel and all your doctors know you use this drug.
Missed dose of Antinaus: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
Overdose of Antinaus: If overdose is suspected, contact a poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Storage of Antinaus: Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medications away from children and pets.
Other Information of Antinaus: DO NOT SHARE THIS MEDICINE with others for whom it was not prescribed. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE for other health conditions. KEEP THIS MEDICINE out of the reach of children. IF USING THIS MEDICINE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, obtain refills before your supply runs out.
