Our Refunds policy
We offer a full refund policy, which means in case an order isn't fulfilled within a period of thirty days from the order payment date, we reimburse you all of what you have been charged. In this case the due amount will be refunded to the originating credit card bank account. Alternatively we can re-ship the order upon your request.
Our Returns policy
Owing to the nature of the products, we regret, medications once purchased cannot be returned.
While we ensure that all medication sold through this website is 100% compliant with US FDA import regulations (as we do not ship banned products or narcotics) it is possible that there may have been a policy/rule change at recieving country's end during the transit period of your shipment which may result in confiscation or destruction of the consignment by customs. This is a risk which you as a buyer have to bear without recourse to us when you place your order.
In the event of seizure, no refund will be made. As a courtesy to our customers, we will provide a replacement of any and each lost order if:
A confiscation notification (seizure letter) is submitted as proof to us of seizure.
When you receive the Seizure Notice, email us webmaster@mygenericpharmacy.com and you will be provided with the address to mail it in to.
When you email, be certain to include all of the following:
-- your name as registered on the order
-- your Order ID (from the Order Confirmation page)
-- email address registered on the order
Free replacements will also be entertained if inadvertantly a wrong product has been shipped by our dispatch team. In such an event we shall not ask you to return the product to us but destroy it at your end to prevent misuse and harm. In the unlikely event of such a situation please email us for prompt action. |

NOTE: We process and ship orders daily so please be prompt.
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after 48 hours or after the money has been deducted from your Credit Card account. |

You may create as many orders as you wish.
Pay for just the orders you wish delivered and ignore the rest. Orders once paid for, are usually reviewed by the physician within 24 hours.
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after 48 hours or after the money has been deducted from your Credit Card account.
Write to us with your order # and your request for cancellation, and if it complies with the above criteria, we will cancel the order and inform you. |
