If your sore throat is severe or persists for more than two days, if your sore mouth symptoms persist for more than seven days, or if you experience fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea, or vomiting, stop using this medication and inform your doctor. Side Effects of Benzocaine :
There may be some mild burning, tingling, or stinging. Inform your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible if any of these side effects persist or get worse.
